Unfortunately, we do not accept Aetna, American Specialty Health (ASH), Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Healthnet, Kaiser, Optum, Scripps, Sharp or any HMO plans. We are happy to provide a superbill so you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement or application towards your deductible.

We accept FSA and HSA forms of payment.
